Symplast: Solar Energy and Recycling TPE for Sustainable Production
Symplast, a leading manufacturer of TPE compounds, is making a strong statement for sustainability. Starting in December, a new solar collector field will be put into operation next to our site in Izmir, Turkey. This project aims to reduce our ecological footprint and promote sustainable production methods.
In the first phase, the solar field will cover 80% of the energy demand for production and administration. By the end of 2025, we aim to fully meet this demand with renewable energy sources.
Through this commitment, we demonstrate that economic growth and ecological responsibility can go hand in hand.
Additionally, we offer a product line with recycled content to minimize raw material use and improve the lifecycle of our materials. This enables us to create innovative solutions for a resource-efficient future and strengthens our commitment to an environmentally friendly industry.
